Pre-Order Policy

At Kavelle, select items in our collection are available for pre-order. This allows you to reserve limited-release or restocked styles before they officially arrive.

What is a Pre-Order?

Pre-ordering means the item is not yet in stock, but is on the way and will be shipped as soon as it becomes available. When you purchase a pre-order item, you’re securing your piece before it sells out.

Estimated Shipping Window

Pre-order items typically ship within 10–14 business days from the date of purchase. Any specific delivery window will be mentioned on the product page.

Can I Order In-Stock Items With Pre-Orders?

Yes! However, if you order in-stock and pre-order items together, your full order will ship once all items are available. If you’d like faster delivery, we recommend placing two separate orders.

Will I Receive Updates?

Yes! You’ll receive:

  • An order confirmation email after checkout
  • A shipping confirmation with tracking once your order ships

Changes & Cancellations

Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed. If you need to update your shipping address, please email us within 24 hours at hello@kavellejewelry.com.
